How Does The Process Work?

It’s Simple!

1. You fill in the short form on the front page.
2. We then get in contact with you to discuss your property, your situation and your requirements.
3. Depending on your requirements and before anyone visits your property we shall carry out any necessary local market research to get a good indication of the market value of your property.
4. If you have no objection, someone should then be available to visit your property at a time that is suitable for you, so as we can meet face to face, do a live valuation of your property and to discuss your personal requirements (there is no charge for this visit).
5. Depending on your situation, different options may be discussed and it is you who will have the ultimate option as to what you would like to do based on the options available to you.
6. After viewing the property and discussing your options with you at this time we should have enough information to be able to make an offer to you for your property (usually within 24 hours). You are not obliged to accept this offer.
7. This offer will be valid for 1 month, but if you decide to go ahead with the sale of your home after this time, we are quite flexible and should be able to work something out.
8. If we agree on a sales price, we can then go ahead and complete any relevant paperwork.
9. Depending on your individual situation, it is probable that we will also pay all costs associated with the sale, including legal fees and surveys (you can use your own solicitor if you have one, or we can recommend you one also with no obligation).
